[Philip jerked upright in bed, covered in sweat and staring wildly at the dark of his bedroom- and at no point does he notice the faint glimmer of the Dreamberry at his bedside table, its purple glow fading away.]

[It took a moment for him to realize the smirky voice that suddenly greeted him was coming from the Dreamberry. Congratulations, Wicked Lady; you've got a shirtless glistening confused Philip staring at you!]

[...GREAT. So someone could actually use this magical doohickey to PEER INTO HIS HEAD, eh? He'll probably spend a good bit more time away from this thing in the future.

Still, right now there is a... girl to answer. A rather pushy girl, but still.]

I managed to escape not long after, and set out to save my love and break her spell. And after some considerable tribulations, I succeeded. [Because he really doesn't want to think about the stuff in between right now; not after a dream like that.]

She had been placed under a powerful curse, to sleep for a hundred years... and while she may have been unharmed, I was the one who had the awareness and opportunity to do something about my predicament.

[His voice was very flat, now; do you REALLY have to keep poking the sore spot? That is in no way the act of a lady.]

[As Phillip and Aurora did not share a room since they were not yet married, Aurora only heard the scream from her room on the second floor. She jolted awake and hurried down to her betrothed room.]

Phillip! Phillip what's wrong!

Aurora! [He was panting heavily, trying to catch his breath; that nightmare shook him up but good.]

Oh, thank goodness... Just a horrible dream...

[She came over to him, and sat on the edge of the bed.]

Did that dream really happen? Did she really do that to you? [She blushes at her betrothed being shirtless. She turns her head although her hand has linked fingers with his.]

[He shuddered all over, trying to shake off the lingering feeling of his dream.] Felt like I was back there... Like even dead, all the future would hold was her horrible cackling...

[So, that would be a 'yes', then.

Feeling Aurora there, her fingers entwined with his own, Philip's eyes finally focused properly on her properly- and with a sigh of soul-deep relief, he moved to take her into his arms upon the instant. He just needed to feel her there, to know that she was safe and awake and real...]

Thank you, my darling. Thank you so, so much.

[Oh! Shirtless hug! Aurora blushes deeply but... she gently wrapped her arms around his shoulders. She shivered at the feel of his skin under her hands but making him feel better came first. She rested her head on his bare shoulder.]

[It's something of a measure of Philip's distress that the gorgeous body he was pressing up against wasn't the focus of his mind. No, all he was focusing on was her presence in his arms, breathing in the smell of her hair, the sensation of her arms around him as well...

And gradually, bit by bit, the tension gradually drained out of his taut shoulders and left him closer to peace.]

Oh, the fai- I mean, milady Liddell! [Go ahead and have a substantially more reassuring smile than that Mozart guy got. Looks like she needs it more, anyway.]

It's all right, I managed to rescue her- despite all that wicked person did to try stopping me. She won't be bothering anyone ever again, milady.

Honest and true. If it wasn't for the Dreamberry tricks you taught me, I'd have had no idea she was even here, much less where to look!

As to adjustment... Well, it certainly is a very strange place, and it takes time to learn how to deal with that strangeness. But there certainly are hot showers compensations.
